Important: No General Returns
Our products are made-to-order, so we do not accept general returns. Exchanges are available only under specific conditions detailed below.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer exchanges under these conditions:

Printing Fault or Product Damage
If there’s a printing error or the product arrives damaged, return it in its original, unused condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. -
Incorrect Size Received
If we sent the wrong size, return it in its original, unused condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at lazybears.store@gmail.com to request a return, or send us a DM on Instagram at @lazybears.shop with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Important: Please don’t send items back without first contacting us, as they won’t be accepted. Opening video is must to raise returns.
Damages and Issues
Check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable items
- Hazardous goods
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send an exchange at no extra cost. Delivery takes 9–12 business days.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on made-to-order items—only exchanges.
